PadelBuddy ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the PadelBuddy mobile application.

1. Data We Collect

PadelBuddy does not collect personal data such as your name, email address, or location.

Health Data

With your permission, PadelBuddy accesses Apple HealthKit to read the following data:

• Heart rate
• Active and basal calories
• Step count
• VO₂ Max (if available)
• Heart rate recovery (if available)

This data is used solely to display workout statistics during your matches.

Workout Data

PadelBuddy writes workout sessions (padel matches) to Apple Health when you enable this feature.

2. How We Use Data

All data is used only to provide app functionality, including:

• Tracking match statistics
• Displaying workout metrics
• Improving user experience

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers and do not store your data externally.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

Health data is never used for advertising or tracking purposes.

5. Subscriptions

PadelBuddy offers optional paid subscriptions ("PadelBuddy Pro"). Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not have access to your payment information.

6. Your Choices

You can:

• Disable HealthKit access in Apple Health settings
• Delete the app to remove all locally stored data

7. Children’s Privacy

PadelBuddy does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
